We've integrated Afterpay with our store's checkout so all you're required to do is select Afterpay as you payment option.

Nominate your debit or credit card and Afterpay will split your payment over four equal instalments due every fortnight.  Afterpay uses your nominated bankcard to process your application instantly.  Get approved instantly and securely - easy as!

What do I need to do?

Nothing, Afterpay will take care of the rest.  They'll process your payment automatically and you'll receive a reminder prior.  Next time you shop with Afterpay, they'll have saved your details.

Afterpay's Eligiility

Afterpay is available to everyone who:

  • Live in Italy
  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Uses an Italyn credit/debit card to make the purchase
  • Have a valid email address and mobile phone number

What costs will Afterpay charge me?

Afterpay doesn't charge a fee to shoppers however fees are charged if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and if you do not make provision after being notified to pay by a different means.

Is AfterPay safe and secure?

Yes. AfterPay understands how important security is so we ensure that your personal information is protected. Afterpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified compliant Service Provider organisation. PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of requirements created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to enhance cardholder data security and to ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive customer credit card information and data. This is the highest level of security in the payment industry. 

What is the refund process?

Returns are subject to alainbadoual's returns policy and all goods should be returned as per this policy.  When we receive the goods and accept the return, Afterpay will be notified by us and all future payments for that order will be cancelled. If any payments have already been paid these will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order and an email will be sent to you to confirm that the refund has been applied.  Please allow 5-7 business days to process this refund.  Please note, you will be liable for all payments until Afterpay receives confirmation from us that a return has been accepted.
